This has a positive impact on society, integration and economy. Inspiration - Piet Mondrian (De Stijl) Mondrian Mind aims to become one pavilion, consisting of four separate buildings. The source of inspiration is the painting of Piet Mondrian (see photo below) from 1931, the ”Diamond shaped Composition with two lines”. Piet Mondrian was one of core comprised “De Stijl” (The Style) group initiatives, accompanied by all kinds of artistic influences fellow artists, with the aim of developing a new aesthetic form of art and design. A new form that would not only be reflected in applied art, but also in other forms of art, including architecture, urban design, industrial design, typography and a form that also resounds in music and poetry. |
The Concept Idea
Mondrian Mind suits to be a creative centre with a museum, exhibition spaces, a hotel, office spaces, bars, restaurants, conference rooms, art books boutique, merchandise items, etc. Willems Design would like to invite potential investors including participants who are interested in occupying the spaces inside this impressive building. Who don’t want to be a part of this attractive creative center?
