Inspiration

The three Pencil Plaza towers are different in height and designed to give the appearance of three primary colour pencils (red, yellow and blue). Each Tower has a different purpose and the Shopping Mall covers the first six levels of the complex.

• The Red Tower is for Apartments. 
• The Yellow Tower is for a Hotel.
• The Blue Tower is for businesses.
• The shopping Mall will be a six-levels. The rooftop of the Mall is a terrace for the three towers such as eating, drinking, swimming, relaxing, etc.
• The Square is a meeting place for people to relax, or to watch outdoor performances.

Logo Composition

Colours have a very positive effect on People, especially the primary colours, they are very easy to recognised and remembered. Such as the basic association of primary colours:

• Red – Joy and love, leadership and courage, pink for romance and feminine, rusty reds for fall and change.
• Yellow – Emotional, orange/yellow for happiness, joy and freshness.
• Blue – Intellectual, stability, faith, knowledge, power, trust and integrity.

The Logo can be adjusted in any major city around the world.

Concept idea

​Pencil Plaza suits to be a creative “all in one” building complex for apartments, a hotel and for business, including a shopping mall.

Also for “Pencil Plaza”, Willems Design would like to invite potential investors, developers and participants who are interested in occupying the spaces inside this impressive building and taking it to the next stage. Who don’t want to be a part of this attractive creative Pencil Plaza complex?
